First time I have been here & must say old fashion fish & chips at its best. The nicest Flake & potato cakes I have had in a long time. Prices good as well. Will definately be back. Highly recommended

Came down from Melbourne for the long weekend, stopped by this very local spot. Fantastic value and quantity of food. Ask for extra well done chips for more crisp. Batter could be crispier. This place took me right back to my childhood fish and chip nights. No frills, good old fashioned fish and chips.

First time here. Was driving past so stopped. Food was good, service was very friendly and the place was clean. But the price! OMG! Hamburger with the lot, 10 bucks. Potato cakes a dollar. Minimum chips 3 bucks. Ridiculous. My local is 8 bucks. It was a 15 minute drive home, food was still hot. This is my new F&C shop. I’ll drive past 10 to get here. Thank you.

Remember the old days when fish n chips were made the proper way with the owners knowing everyone or even making the blow ins feel welcome ? This place is so traditional and possibly the last of its kind in Geelong. Food is always fresh and delicious…? In one word… perfect. Reminds me of my youth (1980’s) every time !

This is a typical fish and chips shop from the 80s/90s. Hand-cut chips and potato chips are probably the best I've had in years!! The lamb gyros are absolutely incredible!! Grilled flake wasn't the best, but still tasty and fresh. Would recommend y

I can not believe the prices and quality of food. The lamb souvlaki is amazing. I had them2 nights in a row. This is now my takeaway night location. Very happy I stumbled across Minerva Rd fish and chips.
